When I first joined the company, I got more than what I bargained for. 5 bosses. Opportunity to learn 5 great mentors. Through them I learn so much about the business principles which become the strong foundation of Sekar Group I learn so much about life wisdom our chairman, Mr Harry Susilo.

我(wo)們董事長(chang)Susilo先(xian)生(sheng)曾(ceng)經說過，一個杰(jie)出的(de)領導需要懂歷史，因為就(jiu)像你飲水(shui)應該知道(dao)水(shui)源在哪里一樣，需要追本溯源。

When I met chairman Jin Wellhope, he told me that he's a professor in animal science. But I think he is a prof in history. That's when I believe that he's a great leader of a great company.

初(chu)見禾豐(feng)集(ji)團金董事長之時(shi)，他告訴(su)我他是一(yi)(yi)名動物科學(xue)專家，然而我更(geng)覺得他是一(yi)(yi)名歷史學(xue)教授，也就在那時(shi)，我更(geng)堅信他是一(yi)(yi)位頂(ding)間公司的偉大領袖。

Sekar Group have great foundation business principles. We have been running far we started. It takes two to tango, it also takes a couple of wings to fly. This JV will only bring 2 great companies together but also combine local knowledge, network, experience with strong R&D, innovation stern quality control together. With this new Joint Venture, we can learn to fly.
