今天，我們(men)相聚(ju)在(zai)(zai)這里(li)，共同慶祝禾(he)(he)豐(feng)食品股份(fen)有限公司成立三十周年。在(zai)(zai)此，我謹代表中(zhong)國(guo)飼料(liao)工(gong)業(ye)協(xie)會，向禾(he)(he)豐(feng)團隊致以(yi)最熱烈的祝賀！向金(jin)衛東董(dong)事(shi)長及所有為中(zhong)國(guo)農牧事(shi)業(ye)傾注(zhu)心血的奮斗者，致以(yi)最崇(chong)高的敬(jing)意！
It is a true honor to join you today in celebrating the 30th anniversary of Wellhope Foods Co., Ltd. On behalf of the China Feed Industry Association, I extend my warmest congratulations to the entire Wellhope team, and my highest respect to Chairman Jin Weidong and all those who have dedicated themselves to the advancement of China's agriculture and livestock sectors.
當前，我國正迎來鄉村振興全面(mian)推(tui)進、農業(ye)強國加速(su)建設的歷史機遇期(qi)。一(yi)方面(mian)，消(xiao)費(fei)升級為行(xing)業(ye)打開萬億級市場(chang)空間(jian)，廣大消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)對優質畜產品的需求日益增長(chang)；另一(yi)方面(mian)，全球(qiu)糧食安(an)全形勢嚴峻、資(zi)源(yuan)環境約束(shu)趨緊(jin)，倒逼我們必須以更高站位(wei)迎接(jie)挑戰。
China is entering a pivotal period marked by full-scale rural revitalization and the accelerated development of an agricultural powerhouse. On one hand, rising consumer expectations have unlocked trillion-yuan market potential, fueling growing demand for high-quality animal products. On the other hand, mounting global food security challenges and intensifying resource and environmental constraints compel us to respond with greater vision and urgency.
在此(ci)背(bei)景下(xia)，我們的使命愈(yu)發清晰(xi)——
In this context, our mission has become clearer:
一(yi)要以科技創新突破“卡脖子”難題，用中國“芯”守護中國糧倉(cang)”；
First, we must drive technological innovation to address critical challenges, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to safeguard essential sectors;
二要以(yi)綠色轉型繪就生態(tai)畫卷，讓(rang)綠水青山與金山銀山交相(xiang)輝映；
Second, we must advance green transformation to create a harmonious balance between environmental sustainability and economic prosperity;
三要以全產業鏈(lian)思(si)維擘畫新藍圖，推(tui)動(dong)三產融(rong)合(he)賦能(neng)鄉村振興。
Third, we must take a holistic industry-chain perspective to chart a new course, driving the integration of agriculture, industry, and services to power rural revitalization.
回望禾豐走(zou)過的(de)三(san)十年，這(zhe)不僅是企業的(de)成長史，更是一部中國農牧產業波瀾壯闊的(de)奮進(jin)啟示(shi)錄——
Looking back on Wellhope's thirty-year journey, it tells not only a story of corporate growth, but also one that mirrors the sweeping transformation of China's agricultural and livestock industries.
三十年前，七位(wei)知識分子(zi)懷揣“產業報國”的(de)赤(chi)子(zi)之心，在白山黑水間播撒下(xia)現(xian)代飼料、畜牧(mu)業的(de)火種；
Thirty years ago, seven intellectuals, driven by a patriotic vision to serve the nation through industry, sowed the seeds of modern feed and livestock farming in Liaoning, a land of snowy mountains and great rivers;
三十年來，禾豐人以“千磨萬擊還堅(jian)勁”的韌勁，在市(shi)場風浪(lang)中淬煉(lian)出“科技為(wei)本、誠信(xin)為(wei)魂”的企業品格；
Over the past thirty years, Wellhope people have forged the company's character with unyielding resilience, weathering storms in the marketplace and upholding a corporate ethos grounded in technology and integrity;

At thirty, Wellhope has grown from a standard-setter to a technological trailblazer, from a single feed mill to a full-fledged agri-livestock value chain player, proving through action what it means to shoulder national responsibility.
當今的禾豐，已(yi)是(shi)業(ye)界(jie)公認(ren)的“參(can)天巨樹”，但這(zhe)份成(cheng)功絕非偶然——它是(shi)無數禾豐人夜以繼日的堅守，是(shi)敢于突破“不(bu)可能”的創新膽識，更(geng)是(shi)始終(zhong)與國家戰略同(tong)頻共振的生(sheng)動實踐！
Today, Wellhope has been recognized as an industry leader, but its success has not come by chance. It is the result of the relentless dedication of Wellhope people, their willingness to innovate and overcome challenges, and their consistent alignment with national strategies.
站在(zai)新的(de)歷史起點，面對百年變局與行業變革(ge)的(de)雙重考驗，我衷心期待禾豐：
At this pivotal moment in history, as we confront the dual challenges of global transformation and industry reform, I sincerely hope to see Wellhope achieve the following:
一是做科(ke)技創新的“攀(pan)登者”，聚(ju)焦生物育種(zhong)、智慧養(yang)殖等前沿(yan)領域(yu)，用中國“芯(xin)”打造民族品(pin)牌；
First, to emerge as a trailblazer in technological innovation, focusing on frontier areas such as biological breeding and smart farming, and becoming a leading national brand powered by Chinese core technologies;
二是做綠色發展的(de)“示范(fan)者”，探索種養結合新模式，讓(rang)每(mei)一份產出(chu)都閃耀(yao)生(sheng)態(tai)價值的(de)光芒；
Second, to serve as a model of green development, pioneering integrated farming models where every output reflects ecological value;
三是做鄉村振興的“踐行(xing)者”，深(shen)化聯農帶農機制，讓更多鄉親(qin)共享(xiang)產業增值(zhi)收益；
Third, to act as a practitioner of rural revitalization, deepening mechanisms that connect and empower farmers, enabling more rural communities to share in the value created by industrial development;

Friends and colleagues, as the Chinese saying goes, “Seize the momentum and you will ride the tide; act in time and you will grasp opportunity.” Wellhope's remarkable achievements over the past thirty years have proven this truth: only by keeping the nation's interests at heart can we make steady progress and achieve great things; only by preserving an innovative spirit can we remain at the forefront of our times.
