今(jin)天我用兩(liang)位偉人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)四(si)句(ju)詩作為演講(jiang)四(si)段內容的(de)(de)(de)標(biao)題。前兩(liang)句(ju)“三十功(gong)名塵與土，八千里(li)路云和月”，這(zhe)是800多年前宋代(dai)將軍岳(yue)飛30歲時的(de)(de)(de)感懷。后(hou)兩(liang)句(ju)“雄關漫道真如鐵，而今(jin)邁步從頭越”是領(ling)袖(xiu)毛澤東主(zhu)席的(de)(de)(de)詩句(ju)。

Good morning！
Today I would like to quote four lines of poems by two great men as the titles of the four paragraphs of my speech. The first two lines "Thirty year achievements and fame gained on the dusty ground" and "Eight thousand miles hard journey under the moon and cloud" is the sentiment of Yue Fei, a famous general of the Song Dynasty, when he was 30 years old 800 years ago. The last two lines “Though the iron-like road long and steep ahead.” and “From a new beginning, we bravely stride forward.” is a poem by Chairman Mao Zedong.

Wellhope's development is a journey of people-oriented, team entrepreneurship and shared success. Thirty years ago, I invited six partners to co-found a start-up with a little poem. In order to break the monopoly of foreign companies, we resolutely resigned from superior positions in multinational company, returned to Liaoning where the white mountains and black waters are, combined our personal ideals with the strength of the country, and began a life of entrepreneurship in which good fortune and bad luck were uncertain and risks were unpredictable. There were two predictions about the seven of us. The first prediction was that we would surely succeed. Among the seven were one PhD, three masters, three bachelors, and six who had returned from resignation from multinational company. They were well-educated business elites, intellectuals with formal business training. The second prediction is that Wellhope cannot succeed for long. Because seven people are from six surnames, three ethnics and two genders, shares are scattered, making it difficult to make decisions efficiently, and the ages of the entrepreneurs are close to each other, their education background is similar, and their competence level is about the same; they were afraid that the team would go their separate ways in less than three to five years. In addition, there are also different views on why we want to start a business, what kind of business we would create, and on what principles we would base to run the business. The founder of Wellhope, after careful consideration, righteously issued the Wellhope Manifesto to set the record straight: Wellhope aspires to be the best company in China's feed industry. With advanced technology, scientific management, excellent human resources and the commitment to serve the society, we solemnly guarantee to the whole Chinese livestock and feed industry that: firstly, Wellhope will always develop new products from the needs of customers and never stick to the old ways; secondly, Wellhope will always do business with integrity; thirdly, Wellhope will always aim at serving the society and develop itself only by science and technology and creative efforts. In short, our goal is to be innovators and contributors to society, rather than a burden on it. After 30 years of development, Wellhope has become a multinational public company and one of China's top 500 enterprises; we have always kept our ideals and promises; not only the seven of us are as close as brothers and sisters, but also the team of shareholders is getting bigger and bigger. All my other partners are here at the venue today, except for Mr. Zhang Tiesheng, who lives abroad. I would now like to ask the five co-founders to please stand and wave to the guests. The unity of our company is getting more and more strengthened. At the beginning of the business, we rooted on the northeastern China to expand the market, relying solely on premix products. Five years later, Wellhope expanded the shareholder team for the first time. Gao Quanli, Wang Zhenyong, Wang Xueqiang, Zhao Xin, Zhang Wenliang, Sun Lige, Di Guo and Zhao Yiyuan, a total of 18 strivers who joined in the early days were invited to become shareholders of Wellhope. All of the managers mentioned above have become senior executives at Wellhope. Each one now oversees a specific business area or division as an independent Vice President. 7 founders plus 18 contributors - 25 people formed a strong core, which became a bright landscape in the Northeast region. Our business started to go out of Northeast China, into Northwest China, North China, Shanghai, Beijing, etc. At the 10 years of establishment in 2005, Wellhope expanded the shareholders' team again, Qiu Jiahui, Li Jun, Jin Hongyu, Liu Zhiyong, Sun Yuzhong, Meng Qinghong and others, a total of 25 people became the new business partners. Of the six previously mentioned managers, one has become Group President, two have become Vice Presidents overseeing specific business divisions, and three have become Senior Executives responsible for key business areas. With 50 shareholders standing shoulder-to-shoulder, Wellhope has become more mature and competitive.

The development of our business inevitably aroused the attention of our rivals, and we responded by making friends from a distance and attacking from close to home. 2006, we were honored to form an alliance with the Dutch company De Heus. Our European partners have helped Wellhope become more professional and more confident. Today, the Dutch partners are also here with us, please join me in welcoming Co de Heus and the De Heus family. From renting an abandoned army barracks to having our own headquarter, from the humble small mixer to the roaring machines of modern factories, Wellhope's ambition has been rising, going out of the country, competing worldwide, and listing in the main stock market. Mr. Vaidya, who came from a wealthy family in Nepal，led us to step out of the country and was our mentor. 禾(he)豐的事業和(he)八(ba)千里(li)路有(you)什么關系？現在禾(he)豐每年生產900萬(wan)噸(dun)飼(si)料，養殖加工9億多只白(bai)羽肉(rou)雞，出欄300萬(wan)頭生豬，經(jing)營近(jin)百萬(wan)噸(dun)飼(si)料原料，把這些產品用卡(ka)車裝載排成(cheng)(cheng)一列，足足有(you)8000公(gong)里(li)的長度，這些就(jiu)是(shi)我們(men)的勞(lao)動成(cheng)(cheng)果，就(jiu)是(shi)我們(men)對社會的具體貢(gong)獻。
2. Eight thousand miles hard journey under the moon and cloud.
What’s the link between Wellhope’s business and the 8,000 miles？At present, Wellhope produces 9 million tons of feed annually, breeds and processes more than 900 million white feather broilers, farrows 3 million head of hogs, and trades nearly one million tons of feed ingredients, which is 8,000 miles in length when lined up in a truck loading. These are the fruits of our great work and our concrete contribution to the society.

Feed premix is the core of feed, determines the quality of feed, and is the starting product of Wellhope. Initially, China premix technology and market were monopolized by two foreign feed companies. Wellhope had the courage to innovate and develop in-depth R&D to design its own premix products, and released the slogan of "1% adding, 100% rewarding". In response to the common belief that foreign products are better than domestic products, we promised "same quality, lower price, same price, better quality", and through a large number of animal experiments, we captured the market which was originally dominated by foreign companies. In three years, the premix has won a great victory in China's northeastern market. Wellhope did not stop its steps forward, but immediately entered the concentrated feed market. Considering the fact that every farmer in the north of China has corn and other energy raw materials, Wellhope specially designed the leading concentrated feed products with protein ingredients and micro-nutrients as the main ingredients; and put forward the product slogan of "No technology, no success", which realized the breakthrough development of the business. So far, Wellhope pig concentrates have been the national sales champion for 16 consecutive years.

With the success of concentrated feeds, Wellhope is determined to take a bold step forward to become a truly modern feed producer. We continued to enter the field of compound feeds, relying on mass production to capture the market, and pursuing extreme cost-effectiveness of our products. The market is surging, and the competition in the industry has entered a new stage of upstream and downstream integrative operation. Rather than avoiding the challenges, Wellhope took the initiative to enter the white feather broiler integration business in 2008. Today, Wellhope has become the largest broiler producer in Asia and the fifth largest in the world. In 2018, we entered the integrated business of pig breeding, feed and slaughtering. That business is now among the top 30 in China. Wellhope's brand name has been changed from "Wellhope Feed" to "Wellhope Foods" in 2021. "Animals we breed with feed, people we treat with feast." is our slogan today.

Wellhope additionally leads its peers in the trading of feed ingredients. We are also well known in the market for our breeding equipment, feed additives and veterinary medicine business. In recent years, Wellhope has entered the pet medical field and become a shining new star. Wellhope's businesses are spread all over China, from the forests and snowfields in the north to the coconut beaches of Hainan Island in the south, and from the Changbai Mountain in the east to the desert oasis under the Karakoram Mountains in the west. At the same time, we have also set up operations in the Belt and Road countries. 三、雄關漫道真如鐵
中(zhong)(zhong)國古(gu)語“民(min)(min)以食為(wei)天(tian)”，我(wo)們做的(de)(de)是天(tian)大的(de)(de)事業(ye)(ye)。2015年聯(lian)合國制定了(le)SDGs17項(xiang)可持續發展目標(biao)，這是人(ren)類(lei)的(de)(de)共同(tong)目標(biao)。其中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)前三項(xiang)都和農(nong)牧食品(pin)(pin)行業(ye)(ye)直(zhi)接相(xiang)關(guan)。No poverty; Zero hunger; Good health and well being，要(yao)消(xiao)滅貧困(kun)、消(xiao)滅饑餓，讓人(ren)生(sheng)活在(zai)健康良好的(de)(de)狀(zhuang)態。肉(rou)蛋(dan)奶作為(wei)食品(pin)(pin)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)高(gao)端(duan)部分，從古(gu)至今都決定著人(ren)群的(de)(de)健康，甚至推動著人(ren)類(lei)文明的(de)(de)進步(bu)。在(zai)古(gu)代吃肉(rou)蛋(dan)奶多(duo)的(de)(de)國家(jia)(jia)和民(min)(min)族(zu)就(jiu)(jiu)強大，就(jiu)(jiu)能以少勝多(duo)奪(duo)取土地和權力(li)；在(zai)現(xian)(xian)(xian)代吃肉(rou)蛋(dan)奶多(duo)的(de)(de)國家(jia)(jia)和民(min)(min)族(zu)就(jiu)(jiu)興旺、就(jiu)(jiu)發達，就(jiu)(jiu)產生(sheng)更多(duo)的(de)(de)體育冠軍(jun)和諾貝爾獎(jiang)科學家(jia)(jia)，就(jiu)(jiu)是現(xian)(xian)(xian)代化的(de)(de)國家(jia)(jia)。中(zhong)(zhong)國要(yao)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)偉(wei)大的(de)(de)復(fu)興，人(ren)是第一要(yao)素。農(nong)牧食品(pin)(pin)行業(ye)(ye)意義(yi)深遠，責(ze)任重大。具體而言，我(wo)們面臨著四個方面的(de)(de)壓力(li)。
3. Though the iron-like road long and steep ahead.
As the old Chinese saying goes, "Food is god of people.", what we are doing is a great business. In 2015, the United Nations formulated the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are the common goals of mankind, and the first three of them are directly related to the agri-food industry: No poverty; Zero hunger; Good health and wellbeing. Meat, egg and milk, as the high-end part of food, has been determining the health of the population since ancient times, and even promoting the progress of mankind. In ancient times, countries and nations that ate more meat, eggs and milk were stronger, and were able to seize land and power with less; nowadays, countries that consume more meat, eggs and milk are more prosperous and developed, and produce more sports champions and Nobel Prize-winning scientists, which are usually modernized countries. To realize the great renaissance of China, people is the first element. Husbandry and food industry has a profound significance and a great responsibility. To be more specific, we are facing four pressures.
第一(yi)，環境與資源的(de)壓力。中(zhong)國(guo)人(ren)(ren)(ren)多(duo)(duo)地少，人(ren)(ren)(ren)多(duo)(duo)水少，人(ren)(ren)(ren)多(duo)(duo)資源少。我(wo)(wo)們(men)用全(quan)世界(jie)7%的(de)耕地，養(yang)活著全(quan)世界(jie)21%的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)口。這樣的(de)國(guo)家似乎只能直接吃(chi)糧(liang)食才能維持生(sheng)活，吃(chi)更多(duo)(duo)的(de)肉蛋(dan)奶(nai)或許是(shi)(shi)一(yi)種不切合實際的(de)奢(she)望(wang)。而(er)今天(tian)在(zai)全(quan)體同行共同努力下，中(zhong)國(guo)人(ren)(ren)(ren)均吃(chi)肉蛋(dan)奶(nai)的(de)水平已經(jing)達到了(le)世界(jie)的(de)先進水平。中(zhong)國(guo)人(ren)(ren)(ren)變(bian)得更高更壯更聰明(ming)。過去40年(nian)中(zhong)國(guo)年(nian)輕人(ren)(ren)(ren)平均身高從(cong)1.659米長到了(le)1.759米，長了(le)足足10厘米，這是(shi)(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)類歷史(shi)上從(cong)未有過的(de)奇跡(ji)。奇跡(ji)的(de)背(bei)后是(shi)(shi)營養(yang)，是(shi)(shi)動物性食品的(de)充足供應，而(er)我(wo)(wo)們(men)很多(duo)(duo)原料需要進口甚至依(yi)賴進口。
First, the pressure of environment and resources. China has a large population with insufficient land, water and resources. We use 7% of the world's cultivated land to feed 21% of the world's population. It seems that such a country can only sustain itself by eating grain. Consuming more meat, eggs and milk seems to be an unrealistic wish. But today, with the efforts of all industry peers, China's average consumption of meat, eggs and milk has reached the world's advanced level. Chinese people have become taller, stronger and smarter. Over the past four decades, the average height of the Chinese young generation has grown by 10 centimeters, from 1.659 meters to 1.759 meters, a miracle that has never happened before in the history of human. Behind the miracle is nutrition, an adequate supply of protein. But however, many of our raw materials need to be imported, or even are dependent on imports.
第二，人口(kou)(kou)和人口(kou)(kou)結構(gou)的(de)壓力(li)。中(zhong)國經(jing)濟(ji)增(zeng)長其中(zhong)動力(li)之(zhi)(zhi)一(yi)就是(shi)人口(kou)(kou)紅(hong)利(li)。中(zhong)國作為世界第一(yi)大人口(kou)(kou)國家，為我們的(de)經(jing)濟(ji)發展(zhan)提供了(le)最大的(de)消費力(li)量和最豐富的(de)勞動力(li)。近年中(zhong)國的(de)人口(kou)(kou)增(zeng)長出現了(le)停(ting)滯(zhi)，甚(shen)至(zhi)開始下(xia)滑。人口(kou)(kou)結構(gou)中(zhong)老年人的(de)比例在逐(zhu)漸(jian)的(de)增(zeng)加。有人預測，十年之(zhi)(zhi)后中(zhong)國將步入老齡社會；50年后中(zhong)國的(de)人口(kou)(kou)將由(you)現在的(de)14億(yi)下(xia)降到8億(yi)左右。這是(shi)我們必須(xu)面對的(de)現實(shi)。
Second, the pressure of population decline. In the past decades of China's rapid economic growth, one of the driving force is the demographic dividend. As the world's largest population, it provides our economic development with the largest consumer market and the most abundant labor force. In recent years, China's population growth has stalled, and even began to decline. The proportion of elderly people in the population is gradually increasing. It's predicted that China will enter an aging society in ten years. And in 50 years, China's population will drop from 1.4 billion to about 800 million. This is the reality we must face.
第(di)三(san)，行(xing)(xing)業(ye)競(jing)爭(zheng)的壓力。中(zhong)國是(shi)一個制造業(ye)大國，行(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)業(ye)都有(you)產(chan)能過剩(sheng)的問題。中(zhong)國農牧行(xing)(xing)業(ye)各項(xiang)產(chan)量產(chan)能都是(shi)世界第(di)一，過度的競(jing)爭(zheng)必(bi)然成為明天的現實。
Third, the pressure of over competition. China is a large manufacturing country. All industries have the problem of overcapacity. Chinese husbandry industry has the world's largest production capacity in most aspects. Excessive competition is very likely to become the reality of tomorrow.
第四，食(shi)品(pin)(pin)安全的壓力。過(guo)去我(wo)們的食(shi)品(pin)(pin)安全主要(yao)表(biao)現為數(shu)量安全。經過(guo)幾十年的努力，我(wo)們已經達(da)到了數(shu)量上的絕(jue)對安全。而今(jin)天的食(shi)品(pin)(pin)安全更是質(zhi)量的安全。消費(fei)者(zhe)不僅(jin)關(guan)注(zhu)營養，更加關(guan)注(zhu)健(jian)康；不僅(jin)關(guan)注(zhu)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)本身健(jian)康，還(huan)關(guan)注(zhu)生產(chan)方式健(jian)康；不僅(jin)關(guan)注(zhu)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)質(zhi)量，還(huan)關(guan)注(zhu)生產(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)的動物福利和人性化。
Fourth, the pressure of food safety. In the past, food security is mainly manifested as guarantee of quantity. After decades of efforts, we have achieved absolute security of quantity. But today's food safety is more of a quality safety. Consumers are concerned not only about nutrition, but also about health; not only about the health of the product itself but also about the health of the producing method; not only about the quality of the product, but also about the animal welfare and humanity through the production process.
四、而今邁步從頭越
30歲的(de)(de)(de)禾(he)豐(feng)(feng)羽翼豐(feng)(feng)滿，雄心勃勃。我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)將以(yi)(yi)今天為新起(qi)點，向未(wei)來蓬勃出發。我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)不(bu)會忘記，1995年(nian)4月(yue)在(zai)沈陽(yang)農墾大廈(sha)818房間，我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)發出了《禾(he)豐(feng)(feng)宣言(yan)》。我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)也不(bu)會忘記同一時間，我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)還確定了禾(he)豐(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)(de)《發展宗旨(zhi)》“以(yi)(yi)先(xian)進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)技術、完善的(de)(de)(de)服務、優秀(xiu)的(de)(de)(de)產品(pin)，促進(jin)(jin)中國農牧食品(pin)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)發展，節省資源，保(bao)護(hu)環境，實現食品(pin)安全(quan)，造福人類(lei)社會。”我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)將繼(ji)續擴大禾(he)豐(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)(de)業(ye)務規模。未(wei)來十年(nian)，我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)要(yao)(yao)(yao)實現“雙三(san)甲(jia)，雙千億”的(de)(de)(de)宏偉目標：要(yao)(yao)(yao)年(nian)生產2000萬(wan)噸飼(si)料，進(jin)(jin)入世界(jie)(jie)前三(san)名；要(yao)(yao)(yao)年(nian)生產加工(gong)15億只(zhi)肉(rou)雞，進(jin)(jin)入世界(jie)(jie)前三(san)名。我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)要(yao)(yao)(yao)實現禾(he)豐(feng)(feng)年(nian)銷售(shou)額突破1000億人民幣(bi)，也要(yao)(yao)(yao)追求禾(he)豐(feng)(feng)市值超過1000億人民幣(bi)的(de)(de)(de)目標。我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)將依(yi)靠三(san)種力(li)量(liang)驅動(dong)禾(he)豐(feng)(feng)事業(ye)繼(ji)續發展：
4. From a new beginning, we bravely stride forward.
At the age of 30, Wellhope is fully fledged and still full of ambition. We shall take today as a new beginning and march towards the future. We would not forget that in the April of 1995, in the rental office room 818 of Shenyang Agriculture Plaza, we proposed the " Wellhope Manifesto". We would not forget that at the same time, we set up the mission of Wellhope - "Promote the development of China's husbandry and food industry with advanced technology, excellent service and outstanding products; save resources, protect environment; realize food safety; and benefit human being. " Our business will continue to expand. In the next decade, we plan to achieve the grand goal of "Double Top 3, Double 100 Billion", which means to achieve the top 3 objective in the world with an annual production of 20 million tons of feed; also achieve the top 3 objective in the world with an annual processing of 1.5 billion chickens. In ten years, Wellhope will realize a revenue of RMB100 billion, and a market value over RMB100 billion. We will depend on three forces to motivate our continuous growth:
一是科技(ji)硬實力。未來十年投入超(chao) 20 億元建設(she)數字農業(ye)(ye)研究院，在(zai)動物營養、食品安全、生物育種、智慧養殖等領(ling)域突(tu)破關鍵技(ji)術(shu)，讓“禾豐智造”定義行業(ye)(ye)新(xin)標準(zhun)。
First, the power of science and technology. In the next decade, we plan to invest more than 2 billion to build Wellhope's institute of digital agriculture to break through technologies in the fields of animal nutrition, food safety, breeding, intelligent cultivation, etc., so that "Wellhope Intelligent Production" will become the new standard of the industry.
二是產業鏈(lian)聚合力。從(cong)東北黑土地到東南亞熱(re)帶(dai)雨林，加速構建“跨國雙循環”體(ti)系，打造(zao)全球最(zui)大白羽(yu)肉雞產業集群(qun)，讓“禾豐”食品走向世界餐(can)桌。
Second, industry chain integration. From the black land in Northeast China to the tropical rainforest in Southeast Asia, we accelerate the construction of "transnational double-cycle" system to build the world's largest white-feather broiler industry cluster, so that "Wellhope" food goes to dinner table of the world.
三是人(ren)才向心(xin)力。深化“禾豐新人(ren)培養計劃”，讓更多奮斗者共享發展(zhan)成(cheng)果。我(wo)們堅(jian)信：企業的未來，必由心(xin)懷熱(re)愛的年輕人(ren)書寫。
Third, the centralizing force to the talents. Wellhope keep practicing the "Newcomer Promotion Program", so that more strivers can share the fruits of our development. We strongly believe that the future of the enterprise will be written by young people with passion in their hearts.

The great river keeps flowing, and the sound of gold and jade is resounding. The history of Wellhope's growth is the reflection of the our government's high attention on private economy development since China's Reform and Opening-up. Yesterday, Mr. Hao Peng, the Secretary of the Liaoning Provincial Committee, visited Wellhope's headquarters for a special inspection and offered his congratulations and best wishes for our 30th anniversary. This morning, Mr. Wang Xinwei, the Governor of Liaoning Province, met with the 30 delegates attending today's event. Wellhope's development is a vivid example of the boundless vitality of private enterprises, evolving from humble beginnings to reach new heights of growth. Private enterprises are widely recognized by society as the foundation of tax contributions, job creation and driving economic growth.
