After 20 years development, Wellhope's revenue, as well as the market value both have exceeded 10 billion RMB. We have realized sustainable healthy development, rank top ten in China feed industry. Looking back, the 20 years journey distinctly seems like yesterday,the success of Wellhope is a result of striving, honesty support all of you, once again I want to express my appreciation. Thanks to all levels of government officers for your help care. Thanks to all the universities' teachers for training providing talented people. Thanks to all the customers for your loyalty trust. Thanks to all the suppliers for your support concern. Thanks to all the oversea partners for your sincerity journeying together. Thanks to all the media investors for your understanding compliment.

尊敬的(de)金總(zong)、禾豐的(de)其他幾位(wei)創始人以及在場的(de)各位(wei)來賓(bin)：

It is my honor to deliver a short speech on behalf of the Dutch delegation present here tonight, including all my family members our supervisory board.
今天(tian)很榮幸站在(zai)這里，代(dai)表(biao)由我(wo)的家(jia)人、De Heus監事會成員所組成的荷蘭(lan)代(dai)表(biao)團致辭(ci)。
We are here to express our respect gratitude for what Wellhope has accomplished.Wellhope's success is remarkable. But the way in which they have achieved this success, in loyal friendship honesty, deserves our biggest respect.
首先(xian)，我們要(yao)向(xiang)禾豐(feng)所取得(de)的成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)表示尊敬(jing)和感謝。禾豐(feng)的成(cheng)(cheng)功是卓 越的。但(dan)是禾豐(feng)在取得(de)這些成(cheng)(cheng)功時所表現出的真(zhen)摯和誠信更(geng)值得(de)我們尊敬(jing)。
When Mr. Jin sold us the shares, he made a lot of promises about the future performance. As you all know, Mr. Jin does lack ambition his promises were a reflection of his ambition. So during our negotiations I said that he was too optimistic. I remember asking:'' what are the threats for Wellhope?'' He replied: '' don't you believe me?'' My honest answer was: '' really.'' We then smiled at each other. That's how our relationship started.
金總與我們商(shang)討合(he)作之初，他對禾(he)豐未來的(de)發展(zhan)做出了很多承諾。正如大(da)家所了(le)解的(de)(de)(de)，金總從(cong)來不是一(yi)個缺乏理(li)想(xiang)抱(bao)負的(de)(de)(de)人，而這(zhe)(zhe)些承(cheng)諾也正體現了(le)他的(de)(de)(de)雄心壯(zhuang)志。在討(tao)論合作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)談(tan)判桌上，我(wo)(wo)說(shuo)：“金總你對(dui)未(wei)來太過(guo)樂觀(guan)。”我(wo)(wo)記得(de)我(wo)(wo)問(wen)他：“禾豐的(de)(de)(de)發展存(cun)在哪(na)些風險？”他答道：“你不相(xiang)(xiang)信我(wo)(wo)說(shuo)的(de)(de)(de)？”我(wo)(wo)誠實地回答：“不全信。”然后我(wo)(wo)們相(xiang)(xiang)視一(yi)笑(xiao)。我(wo)(wo)們的(de)(de)(de)合作(zuo)就是這(zhe)(zhe)樣開始的(de)(de)(de)。
Today I can say: Mr. Jin, Wellhope,you have kept your promises exceeded our expectations many times.
今天我可以說(shuo)，金總(zong)還(huan)有禾豐，你們(men)不僅兌現了(le)你們(men)的承諾，并且很多(duo)時(shi)候都超(chao)出了(le)我們(men)的預期(qi)。
Through the years I visited Wellhope many times most of the time there were some surprises. For example I learned by experience that sea cucumbers are edible plants but sticky slimy animals. I was shocked to see the head of the chicken on the table. Why do you do that? I think the Chinese had too much hunger in the past. One day a turtle was served. I did have much appetite. We don't eat turtles. Then I learned that it is better to eat a turtle than to be a turtle.
這些年(nian)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)來(lai)到禾豐很多(duo)次，幾乎每次來(lai)這里都會(hui)讓我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)遇到一些意料之外的(de)事(shi)情。比(bi)如(ru)，我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)明白了(le)海黃瓜（就是我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們所說的(de)海參(can)），并不是海里生(sheng)長的(de)食(shi)用植(zhi)物，而是一種粘(zhan)滑的(de)動物。當(dang)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)看到雞頭出現在餐桌上(shang)時，我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)很驚訝！你們為什么會(hui)這么做(zuo)？我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)想你們過(guo)去一定是餓(e)壞了(le)。有(you)(you)一天，居然端(duan)上(shang)來(lai)一盤甲魚。我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)并不是很有(you)(you)食(shi)欲(yu)，因為我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們從(cong)來(lai)不吃(chi)這個(ge)。有(you)(you)朋(peng)友(you)打趣說，吃(chi)吧，吃(chi)這個(ge)總(zong)好過(guo)變成這個(ge)。
Just like food, the traffic also surprises me all the time.Once we were on the highway suddenly cars were coming at us in the wrong direction. We call that ghostriders. It's scary something you just don't do. I was shocked. A few minutes later we were ghostriders ourselves. The road was blocked by a traffic accident. In Henan I had to catch a flight via Beijing to Hong Kong then to South Africa. I could miss that one. But the driver could see well, he needed glasses (spectacles) did dare to drive faster than 50. That was a real test to my nerves. ''Faster, faster'' I said all the time. I only just made it. Jin me once had a terrible delay at the airport because of a snowstorm. We spend many hours talking then missed our flight because we were waiting for the wrong gate.
和食物(wu)一(yi)(yi)樣，中國的(de)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)也(ye)讓我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)震(zhen)驚(jing)。有一(yi)(yi)次，在(zai)高速路上，突然有些(xie)車(che)(che)逆向行駛。我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們形容這(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)行為(wei)(wei)叫馬(ma)路殺手，這(zhe)(zhe)是很可怕的(de)行為(wei)(wei)，我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)從(cong)來不(bu)(bu)(bu)會這(zhe)(zhe)樣做(zuo)(zuo)。我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)當時被這(zhe)(zhe)些(xie)車(che)(che)嚇得驚(jing)呆了(le)。但(dan)是幾分鐘以后，我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們也(ye)不(bu)(bu)(bu)得不(bu)(bu)(bu)成為(wei)(wei)馬(ma)路殺手，因為(wei)(wei)前面的(de)路被交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)事故(gu)堵死(si)了(le)。有一(yi)(yi)次在(zai)河南，我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)要(yao)趕飛機(ji)(ji)去北京。如果錯過了(le)，之(zhi)后從(cong)北京到(dao)香(xiang)港轉(zhuan)機(ji)(ji)去南非(fei)的(de)航班(ban)(ban)就都會錯過，我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)很著急。但(dan)是司機(ji)(ji)的(de)視力不(bu)(bu)(bu)太好，他沒有戴眼鏡(jing)，所以車(che)(che)速一(yi)(yi)直不(bu)(bu)(bu)敢超過50。 這(zhe)(zhe)對焦急的(de)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)來說(shuo)簡直是一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)折磨，我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷地說(shuo)快一(yi)(yi)點、快一(yi)(yi)點，這(zhe)(zhe)也(ye)是我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)當時唯 一(yi)(yi)能做(zuo)(zuo)的(de)事情。還有一(yi)(yi)次我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)和金總在(zai)機(ji)(ji)場候機(ji)(ji)，等待(dai)一(yi)(yi)趟(tang)因為(wei)(wei)大雪而嚴重延誤的(de)航班(ban)(ban)，我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們連續交(jiao)(jiao)談了(le)好幾個小時，最終也(ye)沒有等到(dao)航班(ban)(ban)，因為(wei)(wei)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們等錯了(le)登機(ji)(ji)口。
I remember we were going to have aboard meeting at the lovely tropical island of Hainan. I was dreaming about palm trees sandy beaches. After too many beers in a too cold restaurant we started singing karaoke on a huge square. It did take long we were the only ones there. The next day we went to the stunningly beautiful beach to do scuba diving. Great idea. Another wonderful experience with my Chinese friends.
我(wo)(wo)記得有一次開(kai)董(dong)事會，我(wo)(wo)們(men)去了美(mei)麗的(de)海南。我(wo)(wo)很期待那(nei)里的(de)棕(zong)櫚(lv)樹和沙灘。在喝了不少啤酒(jiu)后(hou)，我(wo)(wo)們(men)去了一個很大的(de)廣場(chang)唱卡(ka)拉ok。只(zhi)唱了一會，巨大的(de)廣場(chang)，就(jiu)只(zhi)剩(sheng)下了我(wo)(wo)們(men)，沒有任何其他的(de)聽(ting)眾。第二天我(wo)(wo)們(men)去了非(fei)常(chang)美(mei)麗的(de)海岸潛水，非(fei)常(chang)棒的(de)主意。這是另(ling)一個和中國朋(peng)友們(men)的(de)美(mei)好回憶。
Always surprises, always something to laugh, very flexible, never a dull moment. Some small things go wrong, but the big things always succeed. Wellhope is much more than our most important investment. People of Wellhope, you are our friends.

在(zai)禾豐集(ji)團(tuan)誕生20周年之際，今天(tian)晚上(shang)，大(da)家在(zai)這(zhe)里(li)歡聚一堂。來自省內(nei)外(wai)、海內(nei)外(wai)、國內(nei)外(wai)的禾豐集(ji)團(tuan)的好(hao)朋友、好(hao)伙伴在(zai)這(zhe)里(li)共襄盛舉(ju)！大(da)家帶來了熱烈的祝賀(he)和由衷(zhong)的祝福(fu)！
Tonight we are gathered here on the 20th Anniversary of Wellhope. Nationwide worldwide guests are coming along to share the happiness glorious achievement, showing our heartful congratulations best wishes.

During the past 20 years, with hardworking enterprising spirit, Wellhope its employees showed us a splendid journey of striving fighting together. In 2006, Chairman Jin Weidong has been awarded as the national outstanding socialism builder. He also has been awarded other honors. The honors do tell something.
