大家(jia)上午好！
很高興參加禾(he)(he)豐(feng)牧(mu)業(ye)隆重盛大的20周年(nian)慶典活動，作為禾(he)(he)豐(feng)成(cheng)立(li)20年(nian)的歷史見證人，這(zhe)是(shi)我(wo)(wo)的榮幸。禾(he)(he)豐(feng)牧(mu)業(ye)20年(nian)經(jing)歷坎坷的路程, 取(qu)得(de)今(jin)天巨大的成(cheng)就(jiu)，原因(yin)是(shi)什(shen)么(me)？我(wo)(wo)認(ren)為是(shi)“天時、地(di)利、人和”。
禾豐之(zhi)所以(yi)有今(jin)天(tian)，首先要感(gan)謝(xie)改革開放的(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)代。在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)改革開放中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)，飼料(liao)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)是最 先市場(chang)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)一個(ge)(ge)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)，所以(yi)在這個(ge)(ge)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)涌現出大批的(de)(de)(de)(de)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)家(jia)和成功的(de)(de)(de)(de)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)，中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)飼料(liao)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)前(qian)十強，都(dou)是在那個(ge)(ge)時(shi)候起家(jia)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。第二，要感(gan)謝(xie)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發生的(de)(de)(de)(de)巨大的(de)(de)(de)(de)歷史(shi)性變(bian)化。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)近二十年，尤(you)其(qi)是近十年，中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發展是迅速的(de)(de)(de)(de)，變(bian)化是深(shen)刻(ke)的(de)(de)(de)(de)，其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)最典型的(de)(de)(de)(de)是畜牧業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。如果中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)今(jin)天(tian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)畜牧業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)還是傳統的(de)(de)(de)(de)畜牧業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)，就沒有飼料(liao)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發展。這個(ge)(ge)時(shi)代、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發生的(de)(de)(de)(de)深(shen)刻(ke)變(bian)化、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)畜牧業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)從傳統產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)向(xiang)現代產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉變(bian)，都(dou)給禾豐提供了市場(chang)、機會和發展平臺。
地利，說的是20年前的“禾(he)豐七(qi)君子”在遼寧起步，由遼寧而東北(bei)，由東北(bei)而華北(bei)，從東北(bei)走向(xiang)全國，進而從全國走向(xiang)世界，開疆擴(kuo)土，規模不斷壯大。
人(ren)(ren)(ren)和(he)(he)，這(zhe)是(shi)很重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)。“三(san)人(ren)(ren)(ren)同心(xin)，其利斷金”。7個人(ren)(ren)(ren)，20年精(jing)誠(cheng)合作(zuo)，確實(shi)難能(neng)可(ke)貴。很多(duo)人(ren)(ren)(ren)可(ke)以一起創業(ye)，但(dan)不能(neng)一起享受利益(yi)。禾(he)豐牧業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)7個人(ren)(ren)(ren)，20年同心(xin)同德走到今天，這(zhe)是(shi)合作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)楷模，是(shi)典范。古代有句名言，“善始者實(shi)繁，克(ke)終者蓋寡”。我認(ren)為，禾(he)豐之所以能(neng)走到今天，最 重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)一條經驗(yan)就(jiu)是(shi)團(tuan)隊(dui)的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)誠(cheng)團(tuan)結。這(zhe)說明(ming)了這(zhe)個團(tuan)隊(dui)的(de)(de)(de)胸懷、氣度和(he)(he)遠見(jian)。禾(he)豐的(de)(de)(de)股東由最初(chu)的(de)(de)(de)7個，后來擴大(da)(da)到25個，進而(er)又(you)擴大(da)(da)到50個，這(zhe)不是(shi)簡單的(de)(de)(de)利益(yi)分配(pei)，而(er)是(shi)一種凝聚力的(de)(de)(de)體現。正是(shi)通過利益(yi)分配(pei)的(de)(de)(de)調整，禾(he)豐凝聚了人(ren)(ren)(ren)心(xin)，團(tuan)結了團(tuan)隊(dui)，這(zhe)對(dui)禾(he)豐的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展非常(chang)重(zhong)要。
經(jing)過20年的(de)努力，禾豐(feng)已(yi)經(jing)取得(de)(de)了巨大(da)的(de)成(cheng)績，但比之目標，要(yao)(yao)走的(de)路還很長(chang)。目前飼料(liao)行業面臨很多(duo)困(kun)難(nan)，也存在(zai)(zai)很多(duo)問題(ti)。2009年中國有23000家(jia)飼料(liao)企業，這(zhe)意味著行業準(zhun)入門(men)檻非常低，所(suo)以我們下決心(xin)對飼料(liao)行業進行整頓(dun)，提高(gao)標準(zhun)，加強監(jian)管。現在(zai)(zai)飼料(liao)企業已(yi)經(jing)從過去的(de)兩萬(wan)(wan)多(duo)家(jia)下降到了一(yi)萬(wan)(wan)多(duo)家(jia)，但這(zhe)種調整還在(zai)(zai)繼續。禾豐(feng)要(yao)(yao)在(zai)(zai)飼料(liao)行業中保持優勢(shi)，要(yao)(yao)取得(de)(de)更大(da)成(cheng)功，機會與挑戰是(shi)并存的(de)，需(xu)要(yao)(yao)克服重(zhong)重(zhong)困(kun)難(nan)。
我(wo)希(xi)望并祝愿禾豐在未(wei)來(lai)(lai)能(neng)夠抓住機會，克服困(kun)難(nan)，戰(zhan)勝挑戰(zhan)，取得(de)成(cheng)功(gong)。我(wo)希(xi)望有機會，還(huan)能(neng)見證禾豐的三(san)十年、四十年，我(wo)不(bu)知(zhi)道自己能(neng)不(bu)能(neng)活到那一天，如(ru)果(guo)能(neng)，我(wo)一定會來(lai)(lai)！

在遼(liao)(liao)寧(ning)省全(quan)省上下推進振興東北(bei)老工業基地的(de)征程(cheng)中，禾豐(feng)牧業迎來了20周年的(de)慶(qing)典，這是禾豐(feng)公(gong)(gong)司(si)全(quan)體員(yuan)工的(de)光榮(rong)，也是統一(yi)(yi)戰(zhan)線的(de)一(yi)(yi)個重要成果，在這里，我代(dai)表遼(liao)(liao)寧(ning)省政(zheng)協、中共遼(liao)(liao)寧(ning)省委統戰(zhan)部向(xiang)禾豐(feng)公(gong)(gong)司(si)的(de)全(quan)體員(yuan)工表示熱烈的(de)祝賀，向(xiang)禾豐(feng)公(gong)(gong)司(si)的(de)創始人(ren)們致以崇高(gao)的(de)敬意！
我(wo)為什么(me)說(shuo)這是(shi)(shi)統一(yi)戰(zhan)線(xian)(xian)的一(yi)個重要成果呢？在5月28日的晚宴上，遼寧省(sheng)政(zheng)協副主(zhu)席高(gao)鵬同志已經說(shuo)明了原委，金衛東同志是(shi)(shi)我(wo)們(men)省(sheng)政(zheng)協常委，是(shi)(shi)我(wo)們(men)省(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)外知(zhi)識分子聯(lian)誼會的會長(chang)，他是(shi)(shi)黨(dang)(dang)外知(zhi)識分子的優(you) 秀代表，是(shi)(shi)無黨(dang)(dang)派人士的優(you) 秀代表，是(shi)(shi)非公(gong)有制經濟人士的優(you) 秀代表，“三個代表”集于一(yi)身，凸(tu)顯(xian)了統一(yi)戰(zhan)線(xian)(xian)的精(jing)髓和(he)優(you)勢。
在(zai)(zai)(zai)不久前召開的(de)(de)中(zhong)央統戰工(gong)作(zuo)會(hui)議上，習近(jin)平總書記講(jiang)到，把社會(hui)主義制度(du)和(he)(he)(he)市場經(jing)濟結合在(zai)(zai)(zai)一起，把公(gong)有制和(he)(he)(he)非(fei)公(gong)有制結合在(zai)(zai)(zai)一起，這是我(wo)們(men)發(fa)展生產力(li)的(de)(de)偉(wei)大(da)創造，禾(he)豐公(gong)司就是偉(wei)大(da)創造的(de)(de)結晶和(he)(he)(he)見證。禾(he)豐起步于(yu)改革(ge)開放(fang)時期，壯大(da)在(zai)(zai)(zai)市場經(jing)濟的(de)(de)環境中(zhong)，20年來(lai)(lai)，由小到大(da)，由弱到強，從(cong)一個名不見經(jing)傳的(de)(de)小企業，壯大(da)為全(quan)國飼料行業的(de)(de)排頭兵。問渠哪(na)得(de)清如許？為有源頭活水(shui)來(lai)(lai)。那么，禾(he)豐公(gong)司的(de)(de)源頭活水(shui)在(zai)(zai)(zai)哪(na)？剛才高部(bu)長已經(jing)從(cong)天(tian)時、地(di)利(li)、人和(he)(he)(he)來(lai)(lai)做了分析，講(jiang)得(de)非(fei)常深(shen)刻。禾(he)豐員(yuan)工(gong)可以有很(hen)多總結，社會(hui)各界(jie)也可以有很(hen)多評價，我(wo)想從(cong)我(wo)的(de)(de)角度(du)來(lai)(lai)談一下我(wo)對禾(he)豐公(gong)司的(de)(de)認識。
禾(he)豐(feng)成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)一個成(cheng)功(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)，我(wo)(wo)覺得首先(xian)是(shi)(shi)(shi)因為(wei)(wei)它(ta)有一個正(zheng)(zheng)確價值觀(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)引(yin) 領。在禾(he)豐(feng)成(cheng)立時(shi)，《禾(he)豐(feng)宣言》就寫道：禾(he)豐(feng)立志成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)國(guo)飼料(liao)行業(ye)最優 秀的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)，我(wo)(wo)們(men)以(yi)先(xian)進的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技術(shu)、科(ke)學(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管理、完善的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人才配(pei)置和為(wei)(wei)社會(hui)服務的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)決心(xin)，向全中(zhong)國(guo)畜牧飼料(liao)界莊嚴(yan)保證：第 一，禾(he)豐(feng)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)永遠(yuan)(yuan)從(cong)客戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)需(xu)要出發，不(bu)斷開發新產(chan)(chan)品(pin)，不(bu)因循(xun)守舊；第二，禾(he)豐(feng)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)永遠(yuan)(yuan)誠實經(jing)(jing)營；第三，禾(he)豐(feng)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)永遠(yuan)(yuan)以(yi)服務社會(hui)為(wei)(wei)宗旨，靠科(ke)學(xue)技術(shu)和創造性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)動來發展(zhan)自(zi)己。這既(ji)是(shi)(shi)(shi)禾(he)豐(feng)向社會(hui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)承諾，也是(shi)(shi)(shi)禾(he)豐(feng)20年行穩(wen)致遠(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)根本經(jing)(jing)驗。飼料(liao)行業(ye)屬于傳統(tong)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)，有人說(shuo)傳統(tong)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)夕陽產(chan)(chan)業(ye)，我(wo)(wo)認為(wei)(wei)，只有夕陽產(chan)(chan)品(pin)，沒有夕陽產(chan)(chan)業(ye)。只要不(bu)斷追求(qiu)技術(shu)進步，就能牢牢站在行業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高峰，禾(he)豐(feng)用(yong)自(zi)己20年的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)經(jing)(jing)驗說(shuo)明了這個道理。當前，我(wo)(wo)們(men)國(guo)家經(jing)(jing)濟正(zheng)(zheng)處于發展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)新常態(tai)，遼寧作為(wei)(wei)老工(gong)業(ye)基地(di)應對經(jing)(jing)濟下行的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)壓力很(hen)大，傳統(tong)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)改(gai)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)任務非(fei)常繁重，傳統(tong)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)如(ru)何振(zhen)興(xing)，禾(he)豐(feng)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)給出了非(fei)常好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)答(da)案。

第(di)三，禾(he)豐公(gong)司是(shi)(shi)一(yi)個以優 秀人才支撐(cheng)事業成功的(de)公(gong)司。在市(shi)場經濟條件下，在全球(qiu)的(de)競爭格(ge)局中，人才是(shi)(shi)最(zui)寶(bao)貴(gui)的(de)資源(yuan)，是(shi)(shi)最(zui)根本的(de)資源(yuan)。禾(he)豐公(gong)司之所以成功，是(shi)(shi)因(yin)為它聚集了一(yi)大批飼料行(xing)業的(de)優 秀人才、優 秀的(de)員(yuan)工。特別(bie)是(shi)(shi)金衛東先生，有理想、有抱負、有激情，而(er)且是(shi)(shi)真性情，在他的(de)帶領下，禾(he)豐團隊不(bu)斷攻堅克難，不(bu)斷登上一(yi)個又一(yi)個高峰(feng)。所以說，得人才者得天(tian)下，得人才者得成功。
今(jin)天，我們紀念禾(he)豐公司(si)(si)成立20周(zhou)年，也(ye)是(shi)從今(jin)天開始，禾(he)豐公司(si)(si)站在了一個新的(de)起點上，好風憑借(jie)力，送我上青(qing)云。祝愿禾(he)豐公司(si)(si)在振(zhen)興東北(bei)老工業(ye)基地的(de)滾(gun)(gun)滾(gun)(gun)洪流中，勇往直前，不斷超越，為公司(si)(si)員工創造(zao)更多的(de)福祉，為社會創造(zao)更多的(de)財富！

尊敬(jing)的禾豐牧業董事長(chang)金衛東(dong)先生，尊敬(jing)的De Heus家族(zu)，女士們、先生們：

Many thanks for inviting me to this special event. It's very much appreciated. But let me start by congratulating you, also on behalf of the Netherlands Ambassador to China, Mr.Aart Jacobi,on the 20th Anniversary of Wellhope.
非常感謝禾豐牧(mu)業邀請(qing)我(wo)參加禾豐20周年慶典，我(wo)感到非常榮幸。首先我(wo)要祝賀你們，同時我(wo)也代表荷蘭駐華大使Aart Jacobi先生，誠(cheng)摯(zhi)祝賀禾豐成立20周年。
This celebration is an important milestone in the development of your company. It's amazing how in a period of 20 years Wellhope grew a small company into one of the major players in the Chinese animal feed industry.
這次慶典是禾(he)(he)豐發展的(de)一個重(zhong)要的(de)里程碑。禾(he)(he)豐在20年的(de)時間里，以驚人的(de)速(su)度快速(su)發展，由(you)一家小公(gong)司(si)成長為中國飼料行業(ye)的(de)領頭企業(ye)。
Jan Cortenbach, my good old friend the Dutch Chief Technical Officer of Wellhope Royal DeHeus, introduced me into the history of this intriguing company.
我的(de)老朋(peng)友，De Heus公司駐(zhu)禾豐(feng)技術(shu)總監Jan Cortenbach先(xian)生，曾向我介紹過禾豐(feng)的(de)發展歷程(cheng)。
It all began in Shenyang in 1995.Seven young entrepreneurs with an agricultural background experience in the animal feed sector started there with the production of premix.This initiative grew to a huge enterprise with 56 feed mills in China, more than 100 subsidiaries, approximately 10,000 employees, 1,500 sales agents, 11,000 dealers 250,000 customers.
1995年，7位(wei)氣(qi)高志大的年輕人在沈陽開(kai)啟了他(ta)們(men)的創業歷程。這家(jia)公司目前已經發(fa)展(zhan)為在中國擁有(you)56家(jia)飼料廠、100余家(jia)分子(zi)公司、近萬名員工(gong)、1500個銷售代理(li)、11000名經銷商(shang)及250000位(wei)客戶(hu)的巨型企(qi)業。
This is a great achievement in my opinion everyone involved in this company can be proud on the result of all the hard work that has been done still is done.
I am convinced that the future of Wellhope is bright as well.Paying attention to cost effectiveness, quality, innovation, research development service, as Wellhope does, is a guarantee for a brilliant future. The concentration the consolidation process of the Chinese animal feed industry will certainly continue, like it did in the Netherlands.Wellhope will surely be a winner. I am certain that the company will have a leading role in this consolidation process.
這(zhe)真是一項偉大的(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)就，所有禾豐(feng)人都應該為自己辛(xin)勤耕耘取得的(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)果感到驕(jiao)傲。我相信禾豐(feng)具(ju)有廣闊(kuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發展前景，注重(zhong)成(cheng)本效益、提升產(chan)品質量與產(chan)品服務(wu)、持續創新、加大研發投入，這(zhe)些都保證(zheng)了(le)禾豐(feng)會(hui)擁(yong)有更加輝煌的(de)(de)(de)(de)未來。當下，中(zhong)國飼料行業的(de)(de)(de)(de)整合過程還(huan)在(zai)持續，但是我相信禾豐(feng)牧業將會(hui)在(zai)行業整合過程中(zhong)發揮主要作(zuo)用，成(cheng)為最終的(de)(de)(de)(de)贏家。
of course,at this very moment, I also would like to touch on the role of the Dutch company De Heus in the fast development of Wellhope. This famous Dutch feed company bought aminority share in Wellhope in 2006. De Heus did go for a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise in China, but for a Joint Venture with a minority share. Certainly adifferent approach. I think that was a very special, but also a very wise decision, that turned out very well. A win-win for the Chinese Dutch side. You could say it is a good marriage, in which both parties strengthen each other.

In the Netherlands the private company Royal De Heus is a very well known, family owned, major feed company. In the Netherlands it is one of the top three companies. The fact that De Heus is allowed to add Royal to its name underlines the great reputation of the company, as the prefix “Royal” illustrates acknowledgement the highest possible level in the Netherlands, the Royal Family.

De Heus has a lot of expertise inthe fields of feed technology,nutrition formulation, farm management quality assurance quality control. Research development are focus points of the company. De Heus is sharing all its knowledge expertise with partner Wellhope. This has strengthened- will further strengthen-the rapid growth of Wellhope in China.

The Chinese feed industry is forecast to grow further in the coming years. This continued strong growth however comes with challenges too. The development of safe, healthy "green"animal feed the introduction of higher standards are trends the industry has to respond to. Many manufacturers may be able to survive in this market may merge with larger players. Considering its track record it seems to me risky to predict that Wellhope will be one of the winners in this process. The company is perfectly equipped to serve this demanding, expanding market.A brilliant future for Wellhope is a dream but rather a reality.
