The year 2007 is behind us a new year full ofplans hopes is ahead of us. A good time to look back forward. 2007 was the first full yearfor us to be a shareholder of Wellhope. what aspecial year it was! Despite considerable difficulties in the pig market a strong rise in raw material prices Wellhope managed to surprise us with phenomenal growth figures in almost all market segments. I would like to congratulate all the employees dealers who have contributed to this success. Thank you, well done.
In 2007 cooperation between De Heus Wellhope wasmainly in the field of nutritional knowledge. We made a very detailed analysis of each others formulas, taking into account differences in raw material availability prices. On the basis of that analysismany improvements to the feeds have been made new products have been developed. We are proud to saythat these measures have further increased the competitiveness of Wellhope.
In The Netherlands Europe we have seen the biggest price increases ever. In Europe the most important feed grain is wheat corn. Due to disappointing harvests of wheat in Europe, Canada Australia we saw prices doubling as compared to 2005. The soy market also reached peak levels that we have’nt seen in decades. The most important drivers behind this spectacular development are disappointing harvests, growing demand, especially China theincreasing competition for acres the biofuel industry. (mainly ethanol production out of corn in the United States.) We don’t expect the demand to fall therefore we can conclude that the world markets for our raw materials will remain very tense we need very good harvests worldwide for prices to come down a little bit. With feed prices rising sharply as well, most European farmers were lucky tosee prices for milk, eggs, broilers rise sharplyas well, but for the pig farmers 2007 was a dramatic year of very low pig prices, especially for piglets.
We are proud to announce that De Heus, the partnerof Wellhope, looks back at a very succesfull year with record profits record turnover. We also acquired two factories in The Netherlands, one in Czech one in South-Africa which makes us more more a multinationalfeed company.
We are confident that 2008 will be a very good year for both Wellhope De Heus look forward to our cooperation in order to improve continuously.

2007年，De Heus與禾豐的合作主要(yao)是在(zai)動物營養(yang)技術領(ling)域。我們(men)就(jiu)雙(shuang)方(fang)的配方(fang)體系做了非常詳盡的分(fen)析，考(kao)慮(lv)了雙(shuang)方(fang)飼料(liao)原(yuan)料(liao)的實用(yong)性和價格的差(cha)異。在(zai)這(zhe)些(xie)研究和分(fen)析的基礎上，飼料(liao)生產技術得(de)以不斷改進，新(xin)產品得(de)以不斷開發。我們(men)非常驕傲地說，這(zhe)些(xie)進展都進一步增強了禾豐的行業競(jing)爭力(li)。

我(wo)們非(fei)(fei)常自豪地宣布，De Heus與禾豐去年的(de)(de)合(he)作在銷售額(e)和利(li)潤(run)上都取得(de)了巨大的(de)(de)成功。我(wo)們也希望能在荷蘭再(zai)建兩家(jia)企業(ye)，在捷(jie)克和南非(fei)(fei)各(ge)建一家(jia)企業(ye)，從(cong)而使我(wo)們成為一家(jia)更為國際(ji)化的(de)(de)飼料企業(ye)。

【博士后(hou)記】我慢慢品讀(du)著DE HEUS董事長CO J.J.DE HEUS先生在2008 之初辭舊迎新時的這段總結和(he)祝(zhu)福，我們禾豐與DE HEUS在2007年技術合作的一幕幕又清晰地呈現在眼前，這是愉(yu)快(kuai)的合作，也是雙(shuang)贏的合作。
翻開我(wo)2007年的(de)工(gong)作記錄，除了(le)DE HEUS在國內(nei)的(de)常駐(zhu)技(ji)術總監JAN CORTENBACH先(xian)生(sheng)每(mei)天(tian)在北(bei)京上(shang)地辦公室(shi)與大家一(yi)起工(gong)作、解決日(ri)常問題外(wai)，DE HEUS多次派出了(le)研發(fa)和技(ji)術骨干(gan)，與我(wo)們(men)(men)的(de)相關(guan)專家進(jin)行深(shen)(shen)入交流并提出技(ji)術建議(yi)，他(ta)們(men)(men)的(de)職業精神、專業水準、技(ji)術高度留給(gei)了(le)我(wo)們(men)(men)很(hen)深(shen)(shen)的(de)印象(xiang)。我(wo)們(men)(men)的(de)做法也(ye)同樣打動(dong)了(le)他(ta)們(men)(men)。
3月31—4月7日(ri)，研發(fa)(fa)總監LOEK DE LANGE先(xian)生與我們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)研發(fa)(fa)人(ren)員、沈(shen)陽的(de)(de)(de)(de)主要技(ji)術人(ren)員度過了(le)重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)一周，我們(men)認真(zhen)細致(zhi)地(di)比(bi)較了(le)雙方(fang)所有產(chan)品的(de)(de)(de)(de)配方(fang)和營(ying)養指標設定，認真(zhen)討論了(le)其中的(de)(de)(de)(de)不同，隨即對配方(fang)進行了(le)有益的(de)(de)(de)(de)調整。
7月19—20日(ri)，DE HEUS公(gong)司粥狀教槽料(liao)(liao)的(de)開發研制者，乳豬專(zhuan)(zhuan)家JAN WIJERS先(xian)生，就乳豬粥狀教槽料(liao)(liao)專(zhuan)(zhuan)程來到北京三元禾豐，帶來所(suo)有他(ta)們(men)(men)使(shi)用的(de)原料(liao)(liao)樣品(pin)，檢查驗證我們(men)(men)的(de)每一個(ge)原料(liao)(liao)的(de)品(pin)質，認為我們(men)(men)完全可以啟動(dong)這一產品(pin)的(de)開發。
8月27—9月1日，FRED 先生作為DE HEUS公(gong)司豬(zhu)(zhu)技術服務專家，與(yu)我們的(de)專家一(yi)起(qi)共同走訪(fang)了(le)有代表性的(de)養(yang)殖場，與(yu)我們的(de)服務專家就母豬(zhu)(zhu)的(de)飼喂模(mo)式(shi)、豬(zhu)(zhu)場日常管理、人(ren)工(gong)授精等技術進行了(le)詳細的(de)探討，這(zhe)些新的(de)思路和操作模(mo)式(shi)給了(le)我們新的(de)啟發(fa)和服務模(mo)式(shi)的(de)創新。
9月5日—10月13日，韓萬軍博士到(dao)荷蘭進(jin)行反(fan)(fan)芻方向(xiang)的(de)現(xian)場培訓(xun)和考察，回國后(hou)馬上對我(wo)們的(de)反(fan)(fan)芻產品進(jin)行了調(diao)整(zheng)提(ti)升和新(xin)產品推出，為2008年的(de)反(fan)(fan)芻產品質(zhi)量領先奠定了堅實(shi)的(de)基礎。
4月20—24日和10月15—21日，DE HEUS集(ji)團(tuan)的(de)董(dong)事長CO J.J.DE HEUS先(xian)生(sheng)兩次來到沈陽，參加我們的(de)董(dong)事會并走訪了我們多個分(fen)公司。
3月10—14日，DE HEUS的(de)老董事(shi)長HENK DE HEUS先生和夫人(ren) VICTORIER女士到北京(jing)，我和愛人(ren)孔(kong)祥(xiang)春陪(pei)同(tong)他們去了(le)著名的(de)風景勝地九寨溝，這種工作之外(wai)的(de)家庭式的(de)接(jie)觸，增加了(le)雙方的(de)親(qin)情和友情。
除此之外(wai)，3月(yue)份養(yang)豬專家VIC SONDAG先(xian)(xian)生到(dao)(dao)訪禾豐；畜牧(mu)設備專家LADISLAV MARTINEK先(xian)(xian)生 一(yi)年三次來(lai)到(dao)(dao)我(wo)們集(ji)團進行合作(zuo)考(kao)察和調(diao)研；飼(si)料生產專家LEO來(lai)到(dao)(dao)北京指導我(wo)們鶴(he)來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)生產廠(chang)建設；CORNE VAN DER- EIJK先(xian)(xian)生等(deng)NUKAMEL公司的(de)(de)(de)奶制品專家在3月(yue)份也(ye)來(lai)到(dao)(dao)北京交流(liu)。我(wo)們的(de)(de)(de)王鳳久總裁(cai)也(ye)率團到(dao)(dao)荷(he)蘭DE HEUS公司和捷克回訪和考(kao)察。總之，這(zhe)一(yi)年僅與歐洲伙伴的(de)(de)(de)交流(liu)就是(shi)豐富(fu)的(de)(de)(de)，當然也(ye)是(shi)圓滿的(de)(de)(de)，在與DE HEUS公司第 一(yi)個合作(zuo)年的(de)(de)(de)技術合作(zuo)和友誼的(de)(de)(de)建立是(shi)我(wo)們未(wei)來(lai)長期(qi)合作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎，可以說(shuo)，這(zhe)個基(ji)礎非常穩固。
2008年已(yi)經計(ji)劃了多項(xiang)合作活(huo)動(dong)，DE HEUS的(de)技術專(zhuan)家和高管們(men)踴躍主動(dong)報名(ming)到(dao)中(zhong)國來(lai)、到(dao)禾(he)豐來(lai)。除了專(zhuan)注于工作本身外(wai)，我們(men)國家的(de)文化、美食、風景(jing)，更(geng)(geng)有北京奧(ao)運(yun)等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)在吸(xi)引(yin)著他們(men)。相信2008年通過更(geng)(geng)深入細致(zhi)的(de)合作，禾(he)豐和DE HEUS都會(hui)發展(zhan)得(de)更(geng)(geng)快更(geng)(geng)強！
